 There are two types of wasting time :the good and the bad The good is unplugging yourself and recharging yourself with good things like hobbies, going out, learning new skill. Doing uproductive tasks are bad time wasters There is a 2 minute rule depicted in the book by James Clear in his famous book Atomic Habits. This 2 minute rule makes it easy to overcome procrastination by making it easy to do things that you kept in wraps. a. Most of the time if a stuff takes 2 minute to do, start off immediately b.It takes less than 2 minutes to start forming habits. Do one thing at a time and stop multi-tasking Prioritize as if you are going on a long vacation and get things done Set a deadline -try to complete before deadline 1.Open one tab at a time 2.Focus on one task at atime 3.Don't start day by checking social media and emails 4.Write a to-do list everyday and at night time make a brain dump 5.Make an effective to-do list by keeping it short and sweet- that you can complete, write it
